How do I browse the online catalogue?
Our
online
catalogue is divided into different categories. The categories are listed near the top of this page, click on a category name to go to the relevent page. Some categories may be divided into sub-categories, if this is the case they will be listed on that category's page and you can click on them to view.
The items in each category are listed along with a brief description and photograph. You can click on the item's name to get the full details and a larger photo for that item.

How do I search the online catalogue?
There are two methods available for searching the catalogue.
You can use the quick search panel on the left of the page to enter word(s) or partial word(s) to search for. Click the search button to begin the search. Your search results will be listed in the same format used by the catalogue and you can then view the full details or buy a product in the same way.
To search by product name, description or manufacturer or any combination of the three, click on Search in the left menu. Type in the words or partial words you wish to search for and click search. Like with the quick search, your search results will be listed in the same format as the online catalogue.

How do I use the shopping cart?
To add an item to the cart that you wish to buy, click that item's "Buy Now" button. You will then be shown the current items in your shopping cart.
To change the quantity of any item in your cart you can type in the desired quantity and click update cart.
To completely remove an item from your cart you can click "Remove".
To remove all items from your cart you can click the "Clear Cart" button.
To go back to the last page you were on, you can click "Keep Shopping"

currently accept payment though Credit Card or by Cheque.

We are able to deliver to the UK and Ireland.

How do I place my order?
When you are ready to place your order you can click "Check Out".
The contents of your shopping cart are displayed for you to check.
When you have checked your cart you should click "Go To Order Form"
You will be asked to select your payment option by clicking the circle next to your preferred method. Next complete the Bill To section. If delivery is to be made to the same address you can check the tick box for "Use The Bill To address", otherwise complete the Deliver To section. Take a moment to read our Return Policy. Once complete click "I agree, continue".
If paying by Credit Card, you will
be asked to provide your Credit Card number and expiry date. Our site uses SSL Encryption to protect your details.
If paying by Cheque, you will be shown the details of how to pay. You should make your cheque payable to "Just Hockey" and post it, along with our order details to the address on the "Visit Us" page.
To confirm your order it is important that you click "Purchase Now". You will then be shown your receipt and receive an email confirming your order.

Will I receive confirmation of my order?
Yes, you will automatically receive an email confirming the details of your order. You should check this and let us know of any discrepancies.

How long will it take for my order to be delivered?
We aim to dispatch your order within one working day, however you should allow 28 days for delivery.

What if I want to change or cancel my order?
If you wish to change any of the details of your order, or if you wish to cancel, you should let us know as soon as possible.

Some items in my order were damaged or missing, what do I do?
Please telephone or email us with the details of your order so we can arrange a replacement of any damaged items, or delivery of any missing items.
